My mission is to empower schools, families, and educators through personalized consulting and coaching, fostering a sense of belonging, connection, and access to resources. With compassion as my guiding principle, I strive to create an inclusive and supportive environment that nurtures growth and development. My aim is to facilitate meaningful collaboration between schools, families, teachers, and students to cultivate the best support for students with learning differences.

With well over a decade of experience in education as a teacher, coach, school leader, and administrator, I am here to help you navigate your next steps. Whether you are a school seeking strategic planning, a parent looking for support for your child, a professional seeking growth, or a student looking to build your skills, I am here to help! Having spent much of my career in independent schools, I understand both the opportunities and challenges they face, as well as their remarkable capacity to create meaningful, student-centered change. We all have the potential to find success, and it is my goal to help you get there!
